Srl110 Terms & Conditions

Please read this document carefully before using the srl110 platform. By accessing the platform or registering an account, you agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the srl110 website at srl110.com, downloading the mobile app, or registering a user account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the srl110 management. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms shall be deemed acceptance of those changes.

The srl110 platform is strictly available to individuals aged 18 and above. Users who have not reached this minimum age are prohibited from registering or accessing any of the services provided.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the srl110 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

Upon registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. srl110 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or other verification materials.

  1. Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
  2. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to srl110.
  3. Users are not permitted to transfer, sell, or grant account access to any other party.
  4. Srl110 reserves the right to suspend an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the srl110 platform for lawful entertainment purposes only and will not engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.

The following are strictly prohibited on the srl110 platform:

  1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to access or operate the platform in an unauthorised manner.
  2. Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's functionality, servers, or security systems.
  3. Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing anyone else to play using your account.
  4. Using the platform for money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.
  5. Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
  6. Using a false identity or another person's personal information during registration or account verification.

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and appropriate legal action at srl110's sole discretion.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the srl110 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are made via supported local payment methods, including but not limited to TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks.

Deposit Policy

  1. The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform for each payment method.
  2. Deposited funds may not be transferred to another user.
  3. Srl110 does not bear any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal Policy

  1. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification.
  2. Srl110 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for verification or investigation purposes where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  3. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method.
  4. Any transaction discrepancies must be reported to srl110 within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Limitation of Liability

Srl110 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to user error, technical disruptions beyond our control, or unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

This platform is provided on an "as is" basis. srl110 makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or that it will meet each user's specific requirements.

Account Suspension & Closure

  1. Srl110 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice in cases involving fraud or illegal activity.
  2. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support and fulfilling the applicable withdrawal requirements.
  3. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal once all verifications are complete, subject to the prevailing policy.
  4. Accounts suspended due to confirmed fraud will not be permitted to make any withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the srl110 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of srl110 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The srl110 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. srl110 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Srl110 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
